We will check that the address and date of birth match the details given by any prospective tenant before introducing them to you. We will also go on to check tenant and guarantor credentials, affordability and fully reference them.

Our software allows you to communicate with all parties in a secure and fully audited way to try to avoid those misunderstandings that can so easily happen. We firmly believe that the best tenancies are those where the parties know each other and have formed a relationship from the outset of the tenancy. In addition, throughout the tenancy the management app will be reminding you of all key events from when the rent is due to when your gas safety expires. The tenant will also receive reminders on dates that affect them, for example when the rent is due.
